Shipping Policies

As Pixellicious Tees & Gifts does not have any logistics department of its own and is reliable on 3PL’s (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping there are a certain policies that we follow:

  1. Shipping in Covid19 affected areas where restrictions are active may get delayed.
  2. Under normal circumstances, shipping of products can take up to 8 days.
  3. All the disputes related to Damage, Fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be considered.
  4. Courier partners shall look into claims related to damage only if negative remarks are mentioned on the POD copy. However, if the POD copy is clean, courier partners shall not accept any claim.
  5. Pixellicious Tees & Gifts will not make any refunds or resend a product if any order is not delivered due to any reason and processed for RTO.
